Bump Lab is operated by All Day Global LLC.
At Bump Lab, we stand behind the quality of our service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are provided and our process for handling refund requests.
Beta Program (Current)
During the beta period, all processing is free. No refunds are applicable as there are no charges.
Note: Once paid tiers are introduced, this Refund Policy will govern all transactions.
Automatic Refunds (100% - No Questions Asked)
You will receive a full automatic refund in the following situations:
Processing Failure
If our system fails to successfully process your file due to a technical error on our end.
File Corruption
If your file becomes corrupted during processing and cannot be delivered in usable format.
Service Downtime
If our service experiences downtime exceeding 1 hour while processing your file.
Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same file.
Discretionary Refunds (Case-by-Case)
We review the following situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a full or partial refund, re-processing, or service credit:
Quality Issues
If you're unhappy with the processed output quality, contact our support team. We'll review your file and may offer:
- Free re-processing with adjusted settings
- Full refund if we cannot resolve the issue
- Partial refund based on circumstances
Wrong Preset Selected
If you accidentally selected the wrong processing preset, we may offer one free re-process if you contact us before downloading the file.
Unexpected Results
If the processing results don't meet your expectations, we'll work with you to understand the issue and find a solution.
No Refunds
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
✗ File Already Downloaded
Once you download the processed file, all sales are final.
✗ Missed Download Window
If you don't download your file within 7 days and it's automatically deleted.
✗ User Error
Uploading the wrong file, changing your mind after processing, or not understanding what the service does.
✗ Source File Issues
If your input file is severely damaged, corrupted, or of extremely poor quality to begin with.
✗ Terms of Service Violations
If you violate our Terms of Service (e.g., uploading copyrighted content without permission).
✗ Abuse of Refund Policy
Repeated refund requests or patterns suggesting abuse of our refund policy.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Support
Contact our support team with:
- Your account email
- Order/transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Description of the issue (if applicable)
Step 2: Review Process
Our support team will review your request within 24 hours (business days).
Step 3: Resolution
If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution
- We will provide evidence of service delivery to your payment provider
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action
Please contact us first! We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Most refund requests are processed faster than chargebacks.
Subscription Refunds (Future)
When subscriptions are introduced:
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time (no refund for current month)
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds within 30 days
- Unused processing credits do not roll over or qualify for refunds
Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of refunds. Credits can be used for future processing and:
- Never expire
- Are applied automatically to your next order
- Cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash
