Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms are entered into by All Day Global LLC, doing business as Bump Lab. By accessing or using Bump Lab ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bump Lab provides automated audio processing and mastering services for DJ mixes, podcasts, and long-format audio content. Our Service processes your audio files using proprietary technology to improve sound quality, balance levels, and optimize for various playback platforms.

3. Your Content and Ownership

You Retain Full Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all audio files you upload ("Your Content"). We do not claim any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights to Your Content.

License to Process

By uploading Your Content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to:

• Store your files securely on our servers
• Process your audio using our proprietary technology
• Deliver the processed files back to you

This license automatically expires when your files are deleted (7 days after processing).

Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the legal right to upload and process Your Content
• Your Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your Content does not contain illegal material
• You will not upload copyrighted material without proper authorization

4. File Storage and Deletion

All processed files are stored for 7 days from the completion of processing. After 7 days, files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.

• Files are available for download immediately upon completion
• A reminder email will be sent 24 hours before deletion
• Download links expire after 7 days
• We cannot recover files after deletion
• Re-processing requires re-uploading and re-payment

5. Payment and Pricing

Beta Program

During the beta period, processing is free for all users. We reserve the right to limit usage and implement paid pricing at any time with notice to users.

Future Pricing

When paid tiers are introduced:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed before processing
• Payment is required before file processing begins
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax)
• We accept major credit cards via Stripe

6. Refund Policy

Automatic Refunds

• Processing fails due to our error: 100% refund
• File corrupted during processing: 100% refund
• Service is unavailable and prevents you from processing or downloading your files: Contact support for refund consideration

Manual Refund Requests

All other refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@bumplab.com within 7 days of your purchase.

No Refunds

• After you have downloaded the processed file
• If you miss the 7-day download window
• For user error (wrong file uploaded, changed mind)
• For violations of these Terms

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary technology
• Resell or redistribute our Service without written permission
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Limit usage during high-demand periods
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUMP LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Any issues arising from third-party services (payment processors, hosting providers)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, technology, and branding, is the exclusive property of Bump Lab and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary technology.

11. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3)
• Encryption at rest (AWS S3 server-side encryption)
• Secure access controls and authentication
• Regular security audits and monitoring

However, no system is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via:

• Email notification
• On-site banner
• Updated "Last Modified" date

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• Required by law
• We discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your files will be deleted, and you will lose access to the Service.

15. Governing Law
